Okay...$353.60 later and our Dossier is officially on it's way to The Assistant Stork. She should receive it tomorrow and then will hand deliver it to the Department of State in Washington, DC as well as the Embassy of Ethiopia to have our documents authenticated. The turn around on this process should be about one week or more. Once complete, The Assisant Stork will turn around and send our Dossier back to us and when we get it we will drive it out to our Adoption Agency. Along with our Dossier, we will be bringing 12 passport photos, summary's of 2 books we have read, and a check for $4,478 which will get our Dossier sent over to Ethiopia.
