Our computer was down since last Thursday, so I couldn't do any updates. That was bumming me out! The fingerprinting appointment was interesting. We were the first ones in line with an 8:00am appointment. When the doors opened we rushed in, filled out a form, and were called to the back of the building to two separate computer stations. Sahara came with me and watched as the nice lady took Mommy's hands and fingers and scanned them one by one. Sahara kept asking all these questions so the lady humored Sahara by scanning her hands too! She thought that was so cool and talked about it for the next hour! When we were all done [total time in building ten minutes] I asked the lady if there was anything we needed to do with our form and she said "No, your prints were scanned and are now already in Washington, DC." Amazing!
So, now we wait some more until we get our I-171H form in the mail. When that day comes you'll be sure to hear about it!!
