Culver's Turnout
Last Thursday night was the Culver's Restaurant Fundraiser for our Adoption Agency. From 4-9pm Culver's genorously donated 10% of their income towards Adoption Associates, Inc. We got there around 6pm and were delighted to see that the parking lot was jam packed. So much so that we had to park in the next lot over at the Jenison Meijer's! Yippeee!! I was so excited.
Inside the line to order was to the doors and there was not one open table to sit at! Most nights that would be a reason to walk out the door in frustration. Most of us gladly stood with a tray in our hands while we waited for another family to finish their meal. Of course Brian had his eyes on a corner horseshoe table that sat close to 10 squished. As soon as it opened up he made a bee line for it and scored! It was a good thing too because we were blessed with so many friends that came out to support us.
Sahara had her first ever "Butter Burger" with fries and of course finished off the night with a custard sundae. Poor child! She's so neglected!!
Here's a picture of some of our friends that joined us that evening. Thanks everyone! We love you!
