It's already been 9 days since we've been home. It all went so fast. And it was all so beautiful. The trip to Ethiopia was amazing. The people were gracious, proud, gentle. To be able to spend a couple days in the country where Ayantu was born was a gift. There is still so much to process and I have a lot of beautiful, inspiring stories to share. Until I have the time to do that, I wanted to post a few pictures of Ayantu while there and during her transition here.
She is doing great. It's almost hard to believe she is doing this well. But I shouldn't have a hard time believing...this is God's gift and unfolding story in our lives. It is His blessing to us. I will try to piece out our days from the trip one post at a time with some pics., but in the meantime...please meet Ayantu Grance Knapp!
